I didn't think I would be coming back to this blog, because I wanted it to mostly stick to the adventures I had in London. I decided that if I wanted to continue blogging after this, then I would make a new blog. (Yeah, that didn't happen). But I felt like making a new post to celebrate some of the amazing things that have happened since. One of the best parts of the experience in London was getting to know some amazing people. Though many of us are students at BYU, we come from all over, and the amazing thing is that we have been keeping in contact and have still spent time with one another.
I am so grateful whenever I can see any of the wonderful friends I have made. We lived together for 7 weeks, and in doing got to know each other really well. We saw each other at our worst, at our best, and at our most tired. We know what it's like to cross the country for hours. Together we survived a rather frightening finals week. Some of us got lost in foreign countries together. Some of us got in fights with foreigners together. And we all grew so close. I was so nervous that upon returning home that it would all end, but I am glad to say that I was proven wrong. Though we may not see each other all the time, we have still kept contact, and it's always so amazing when we do get together.
I am grateful for the experiences that I had in London. It truly has changed my life. But even more so I am grateful for the lifelong friends that I have made.
At Paul's wedding, just a week after our London adventure.
